Bureau Krijtlijn, the green branch of the Arjan van Dijk Groep, organized a conference for Agentschap NL about Nature and Environmental Education. Eventpartners took the online registration on their behalf. All communication with particpants was conducted online, a natural method for Eventpartners.

The conference turned out to be popular, because very soon it was fully booked. This event a reserve list was set up, where people were promised to receive a message when there had been a cancellation and the particpant was placed on the list. It was also important for the organization to have an equal distribution of visitors from different divisions. This was automated in the system. Eventpartners also provided the matching website, with information and videos of speakers, all in the atmosphere of the conference.
