"Convincing invitation leaves a good impression, even if your relation is not coming."
Invitation
With a well thought invitational track many people will registrate to your event. Below are a number of possible communication resources.
Save-the-date
Before the actual invitation is send you can send a save-the-date or notice by mail. That way you can communicate the event date before all necessary information and invitations are complete.
Invitation by mail
You can invite your relations in different ways. This may be by post, e-mail or even both. By mail it is possible to send a tangible invitation, these invitations often stay in mind longer because they will not end up in a digital trash can. With a personal login code, your invitation is directly reconized by the system. Read more in pre-registration input among online registration.
Invitation by e-mail
It is also possible to send a personal invitation by email. The advantage of a personal invitation by e-mail is that the attendee can register immediately with the URL and login code / link.

Communication
Once you've registered, it is important to maintain a clear communication. Several moments of contact also ensure that the event remains top-of-mind with your participant.
Confirmation mail
If the invitee has registered, he will receive a confirmation email. The confirmations email contains the complete data. It is possible to send the personal e-ticket as attachment.
Reminder
If it was possible for you relations to also opt out of the event, the persons who have not yet registered can be picked from the database. With this data you can send them a reminder e-mail or SMS. Our experience is that the response to such mailing is very high.
Finally, you can again send a mailing just before the event to provide them with the latest information.
Evaluation
And do you know what the attendees thought of your event? You can send them a questionnaire, which they can anonymously fill out using a personal link through email. Using an ID for each link, you can send a reminder to those who have not yet completed the survey.
